Shipping policy

If you have customized an item with us, our designer will reach out with a specific delivery date, as custom items are made in Japan, and need time to be exported here. If you are picking up in New York City and don't need any adjustments to the piece, our designer can coordinate shipping for the next business day or delivery in person.
